We are here to listen and help you along.
I am currently licensed in Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island. My practice focuses on childhood ages 5+ (ages 10+ for telehealth) through young adult counseling. I am open to working with adults on a case-by-case basis. I work with my clients to provide a safe and trusting relationship where they can learn developmentally appropriate tools and techniques to handle the issues and situations that they are presented within their lives. I focus on strengths to help build confidence in starting the work needed to help change unhealthy habits. I also help families, when working with young clients, establish healthy boundaries and restore power to its appropriate place. I do not offer couples or marital therapy.
I understand that seeking counseling for your child or yourself is not an easy decision and your comfort with a counselor is very important. I am always open to answering questions via email or phone/video to make sure we are a good fit. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me! I will do everything I can to make this process as easy as possible for you.
I was born and raised in the Baton Rouge area and look forward to helping my community become healthier and stronger. Some of my personal passions include: staying active (cycling, weightlifting, yoga), photography, reading, cooking, and time with family/friends. I'm also an advisory board member for the You Aren't Alone Project.
